Summery:

Seville Way uses some timely hitting and pitching to win their first World Series.
Batavia wasn't able to get any key hits from Ohtani and while Judge did have the game
winning HR in Game 5, he had many other chances to make an impact in the series but
just couldn't come up with a key hit.

As a team Batavia hit .140 with 19 runs scored and 8 HRs while Seville Way didn't hit
much better at .177, but was able to bunch their hits and scored 26 runs with 14 HRs
in the series.

Batavia pitcher's ended with a 3.57 ERA and gave up 39 hits (25 extra base hits with
14 being HRs) while fanning 58 and walking 15

Seville Way pitcher's ended with a 2.67 ERA, giving up 30 hits (14 extra base hits with 8
being HRs) while fanning 61 and walking 31 (7 IWs)

The World Series MVP would have to belong to CO-MVPs Hilliard and R.Lowder.  Hilliard was the best overall hitter between the two teams and came up with some key hits for Seville Way. R.Lowder, while only winning 1 game, was extremely effective in all 3 of his starts (1.40 ERA with only 4 hits in 19.1 innings) and it was the bullpen which let the two games get away that he didn't win.

Congratulations to Vince on a great season and representing the AL well in the World Series.

And Congratulations to Loyd for winning his FIRST World Series!!
